  Today, we went out to get a new nintendo console for the kids - 50 month interest free - rippa, we'll grab a new electric toothbrush and some games to go with it to get up to the minimum amount of $750... "sorry, I can't put the toothbrush through in my department, and it's only 6 months interest free on consoles."

  We went to JB hifi, got the extra game we wanted that HN didn't have and we were done in 15 minutes. Easy.

  It's a Harvey Norman. Annoying salesman, poor service and rip off prices. Although I dealt with a lady in the refrigerator section once and she was pretty nice, surprisingly. So you get two stars.

  Just plain difficult! Went out to HN last week to buy a new vacuum cleaner... could not get ANY service. At all. And it's hot or cold, sometimes you can't take 3 steps without someone up your arse.

  The person that helped us in the computer area was really helpful and very friendly. Not pushy or condescending in the least. They didn't have the computer I wanted even though the website said they did. Would definitely come here again

  Great range, but that's where positive feedback finishs. Junior staff unsure of answers to many of our questions. Not her fault collected her supervisor. One of rudest people I have come across, not only could he not answer my questions about the vacuum looking @, but us treated like dirt. Apparently being a cleaner is not up to his standard. A cold day in hell before I deal with this moran. In the end I worked out my own answers. Taught your staff more about vacuum cleaners they are trying to sale.
