  So I have mentioned two extra charges, there is still more to come. We I finally made my payment, the amount was 160 dollars, which was 10 dollars more than we agreed on the phone. He said it was because the vacuum took time (extra charge number 3). He never ever ever in his life mentioned this extra charge to me!!!

  I asked for hand wash only and they used a buffer and did a very rough job and left scratch marks all over. Devastated.

  This are not all the reasons I rate only 1 star. The stain still didn’t come out. You can see it from the pictures. I spent 160 dollars and the work he has done was so appalling. I don’t want to be a racist as I am an Asian as well. But I have to say some people from specific religion is really keen on bullying women.

  By the time I send the car to get it washed, I was told I cannot pick up the car by 2.30pm, instead, I will have to pick up the car at around 5pm. I was also told I would be charged 10 to 20 dollars more if second time shampoo was applied on the stain in order to help it come out (extra charge number 1). I said yes that’s fine. He didn’t tell me what other circumstance would incur extra charge.

  We took the car back and it was admitted that yes the buffer was used now our new car is left with scratches all over it. They wanted to take it somewhere to get fixed but we would not trust our car in there hands again. Do not take your car there. I am very upset that a business could do this to someone in shepparton.

  So if you want to go to this car wash, prepare for extra charge number 1 (extra shampoo), extra charge number 2 (urgent service) and extra charge number 3 (extra vacuum), which are all not agreed on the phone.

  When I pick up my car at 3.30pm, he said other customers had cancelled the appointment so I can pick up my car earlier. Well I think he just wanted to charge me urgent service fee (extra charge number 2) by telling me that I cannot pick up my car at 2.30pm, which was agreed on the phone one week ago.

  I booked the car wash appointment on phone 1 week ago. I was told that their full detailed interior service is 150 dollars for 7 seats MPV. Also I can pick up my car by 2.30pm.
